Soft grey tones and natural materials create a dialogue with the daylight and family’s pieces the client wanted to accomodate in the apartment.
The entrance and services spaces have been redesigned around two volumes, the storage unit and the kitchen columns, which define the bathroom and kitchen area, providing fluidity of use, lighting and communication.
Flooring surfaces have been treated with a very a strong materiality: oak wood for the floor in the studio and the bedroom and a warm grey resin for kitchen and bathroom.
We maintained some decorative elements found in the apartment like the doors frames and ceiling roses.
